01Acceptance of terms
Guizar Honey Bees LLC is a family-run commercial beekeeping and pollination business based in Mesa, Washington. These terms govern your use of guizarhoney.com and participation in our text messaging program.
By using this website, contacting us through it, ordering honey, or taking part in our messaging program, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the messaging program.
02Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about our operation, request pollination services, ask about honey, and contact us. That is what it is here for.
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-copy content from the site by automated means;
- Attempt to access any part of the site, server, or account that is not publicly available;
- Interfere with the site's operation or security, or introduce malicious code;
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or misrepresent who you are;
- Reuse our text, photographs, or branding without our written permission.
All content on this site — including text, photographs, and the Guizar Honey Bees name and mark — belongs to Guizar Honey Bees LLC unless noted otherwise.
03SMS messaging program terms
Guizar Honey Bees LLC operates a text messaging program for internal field operations. Participants are employees of Guizar Honey Bees LLC.
Employees send text reports on hive movements, hive counts, yard conditions, and equipment needs from remote apiary locations. The system sends confirmations of logged entries, requests clarification when a report is ambiguous, and sends messages about work assignments, scheduling, and safety information.
Employees opt in during onboarding by signing a separate written acknowledgment authorizing text messages related to field operations, and are verbally informed of the messaging system when issued their field assignment. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not participate, or who opt out, may report field activity by paper log instead.
Messages relate to hive movements, hive counts, yard conditions, equipment needs, and related operational coordination.
- Message frequency varies depending on field activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

- Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

04Products and orders
We sell raw, unfiltered honey produced by our own colonies. Because it is an agricultural product, supply depends on the season — color, flavor, and crystallization vary from batch to batch, and availability is not guaranteed.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and quantities are limited to what we have on hand. We confirm each order, including price and availability, before it is filled. If we cannot fill an order, we will tell you and refund any payment already made.
05Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. We keep the information on it accurate and current as best we can, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Guizar Honey Bees LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the messaging program — including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Pollination services and honey sales are governed by their own written agreements and invoices, which control over these terms if they conflict.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Washington.
07Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
